Okay, so the above is obviously a mock rendition of his book, but for District citizens upset by Rand Paul attaching abortion riders, gun riders, and other social policy initiatives to the Senate version of the Budget Autonomy Bill please go pay him a visit at the Barnes & Noble at Union Station at 5pm on Thursday, September 20th.
The hypocrite himself, who believes in local autonomy and limited federal government for all areas but the District of Columbia, has the gall (aka balls) to title his book: Government Bullies: How Everyday Americans Are Being Harassed, Abused, and Imprisoned by the Feds. If I have time I hope to stop by to question his principles and his policy stands as it relates to DC Statehood and I encourage you to do so as well. While the Constitution fails to grant us full and equal political rights with the rest of the country it still guarantees us the right to free speech, so let’s give him a piece of our mind.
